Concierge Technologies, Inc. was first established as a provider of text-to-speech applications through a proprietary software platform called the Personal Communications Attendant in 1996. Since completing a going public transaction in 2002 we have transitioned through several phases, including acquiring two operating subsidiaries, Planet Halo and Wireless Village. As of January 31, 2013 our focus is soley on our wholly owned subsidiary, Janus Cam, and we have divested our interest in Planet Halo. Our stock activities, public filings and reports can be found by searching our symbol (“CNCG”) on NASDAQ’s over-the-counter bulletin board.

As of the quarter ending September 30, 2011, Concierge was required to file its SEC disclosure statements, including forms 10Q, 10K, 8K and others, in not only EDGAR format but also in the new format standard known as XBRL.
