Concierge Technologies, Inc. was first established as a provider of text-to-speech applications through a proprietary software platform called the Personal Communications Attendant in 1996. Since completing a going public transaction in 2002 we have transitioned through several phases, including acquiring two operating subsidiaries, Planet Halo and Wireless Village. As of the quarter ending September 30, 2011, Concierge was required to file its SEC disclosure statements, including forms 10Q, 10K, 8K and others, in not only EDGAR format but also in the new format standard known as XBRL.
